Best Selfie Contest - Terms & Conditions

Introduction:

    Best Selfie contest is organized by Aisshpra Gems & Jewels. This contest will run continues for the mentioned period and mentioned platform. The organizer reserves all the rights to change the contest parameters without any prior notice.

Contest Mechanics:

  • To participate in the contest, contestants must have a Facebook & Instagram account with its privacy setting set to “Public”.
  • Contestants must like Aisshpra Gems & Jewels Facebook page and follow the Instagram page.
  • The Contestants must take selfie at the selfie zone of Aisshpra Gems & Jewels store location.
  • The Contestants must upload the selfie on Facebook, tag @Aisshprajewels and hash tag #yaadgaarlamhe, #aisshpra & #clickforaisshpra with a creative caption about “Why you love taking selfie”.
  • Contestants must tag at least 5 friends while uploading selfie at on Facebook.
  • Tagged people must be tagged for at least 15 minutes.
  • Contest winner will be announced on Aisshpra Gems & Jewels Facebook page. It is the responsibility of contestants to follow this announcement closely.
  • The Organizer reserves the rights to rejects any contestants at its sole and absolute discretion, without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
  • By participating in this contest, contestants are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility:

  • Employees of Aisshpra Gems & Jewels, their immediate families, creative and public relations agencies, program organizers, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this contest.
  • Aisshpra Gems & Jewels, its employees, promoters, or program organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by contestants or any person in connection with the contest.
  • Winner may be required to participate in a photo taking session during the issuance of the prize. Pictures captured may be used for commercial marketing purposes.
  • In the event if the prize is being awarded to the contestant having provided false or mistaken identity or information, the organizer shall the rights to revoke the contestant’s eligibility for said prize.
  • Prize images are for reference only. Prize shown and/or represented for the running of this contest shall be subject to availability. Prize given is non-refundable.
  • The organizer decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Aisshpra Gems & Jewels reserve the rights to final and ultimate interpretation of this contest.

Judging Criteria:

  • One contestant can win Gold coin at the end of the contest.
  • The winner will be determined by best selfie, proper tagging, hash tagging and relevance of the caption which will be judged by the organizer’s panel of judges. The decision of judges is final, and no enquires, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
  • The winner will be announced on Aisshpra Gems & Jewels Facebook page.
  • Prize is not exchangeable or transferable in any from whatever reason.
  • Contestants shall collect the prize personally.

Prize Details:

  • Bumper prize- One Gold Coin.
  • At the end of the contest one contestant can win Gold coin.

How to Redeem Prize:

  • Contestant shall collect the prize personally.
  • Contestant must produce proof of identity while collecting the prize.
  • The prize is non – transferable and non – exchangeable for cash or other items.
